Ordering at MANÉR is very easy. Just choose the product/products you would like to purchase and click buy. When you are done shopping simply go to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you can make changes on your orders. If you are satisfied fill in your adress information and payment- and delivery method. Then you click “OK” and the orders have been done. After the order has been handled by us you will receive an order confirmation with the products you order along with your address information.

We use UPS when shipping to international customers and DHL for Swedish customers. The delivery time is up to two to three weeks (read more at Order & delivery), and on very few occasions it might take longer. Note that UPS orders are fully insured by UPS. After the delivery is picked up by UPS you will get a tracking number so you can see where your package is. Enter https://www.ups.com to track your package.
International customers outside the EU (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us , please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
These are the different freight costs. Remember that we offer free shipping worldwide for orders over 300€ and free shipping within Sweden on all orders over 2500 SEK.
Delivery and payment
1. Credit card payment
We accept most major credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and so on. All payments are made in a highly secure environment for mutual protection against fraud. The delivery time is up to to 3 weeks or more depending on which country you order from.
We accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is a safe and fast way to transfer money. You need an account on PayPal to do the transfer. When you have clicked “confirm” in the shopping cart you will automatically be linked to PayPal’s website, where you do the money transfer. You will get a receipt as soon as the transfer is done. There are no extra fees when paying with PayPal.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition, complete with labels, within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to products that have been modified at the customers request. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Shipping cost will not be refunded. The refund will be done within 30 days. If you would like a new product it is important you email us to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can put it aside.

To claim a product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If possible we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return-shipping costs.
