We at MANÉR wants to be as transparent and helpful as possible when it comes to service and care of our products and customers. Our main point of being a brand that maintains itself as sustainible as possible, is what defines us all the way from production to when our products find a new owner. Its importent for us that the chain around consumption doesent need to be about consuming more. We want to slow down our consumer behaviour and try to make our customers understand that insted of buying a new pair of trousers, you could repare the old ones. In this way, we could be involved and try to influence the customers to rethink, and instead choose a more sustainable way and which is to repair instead of buying new.
As a customer at MANÉR you get all alteration for free when you buy a product at our webshop. If you know wich size you are and wants to make alterations, just send us an email with your measurements and the order number after you have placed the order, and our tailors will fix it. For those who wants to make alterations after receiving and trying the product, we suggest that you send the product back to us with the alteration details ( you make the measurements yourself ). In this case, if you want to do alterations after reciving the product, we unfortunately do not bear the shipping costs.
If you own a product made by us that needs care, we are happy to help you repare it, without charging any extra costs, you only pay for the shipping costs.
What you have to do then is:
1. Send us a picture of the product and info about whats need to be fixed.
2. We take a look at the product and see what we can do, and then return with an answer if its possible to fix.
3. Before sending us your product - its important that you have washed it.
4. Send us the product/products
5. We receive the product and make the alterations.
6. We send you the product back together with an shipping conformation by email.

If you live nearby Malmö - Sweden you could come by our factory to submit your product to decrease the environmental impact from all shipping transportation.
We then use our bikes to deliver back the product to the right owner (if the owner lives in Malmö), otherwise we unfortunately need to use transport that could include a certain impact on the climate.
When you place an order on www.manershop.com an account will be created in our customer management system. The only information that will be stored is the information you provide to your order such as shipping and billing address as well as email address.
By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order.
Before you place an order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. When the purchase is completedat at checkout you will get a “Shipping Confirmation” through e-mail.
If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.

We use UPS when shipping to international customers and DHL for Swedish customers. All orders are shipped weekly. Exceptional cases can appear and will in that case be informed via mail.
The delivery time is set up to three weeks (more info at Order & delivery), and on very few occasions it might take longer. Note that UPS orders are fully insured by UPS. After the delivery is picked up by UPS you will get a tracking number so you can see where your package is. Enter https://www.ups.com to track your package.
International customers outside the EU (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us , please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
Please note that shipping cost is not included in the prices displayed. The shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during check out. We offer world wide shipping.

Sweden: Free delivery on all orders. Orders will be delivered with DHL.
Europe: 300 SEK. Free delivery on all orders over 5000 sek. Orders will be delivered with UPS.
Outside Europe: 400 SEK. Free delivery on all orders over 5000 sek. Orders will be delivered with UPS.
Rest of the world: 500 SEK. Free delivery on all orders over 5000 sek. Orders will be delivered with UPS.
Remember that we offer free shipping worldwide for orders over 500€ and free shipping within Sweden.
Shipping charges for returning the products
Please note that you have to pay for the shipping charges when you return the products in accordance with your withdrawal and exchange right.
Delivery and payment
1. Credit card payment
We accept most major credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and so on. All payments are made in a highly secure environment for mutual protection against fraud. The delivery time is up to to 3 weeks or more depending on which country you order from.
We accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is a safe and fast way to transfer money. You need an account on PayPal to do the transfer. When you have clicked “confirm” in the shopping cart you will automatically be linked to PayPal’s website, where you do the money transfer. You will get a receipt as soon as the transfer is done. There are no extra fees when paying with PayPal.
3. Klarna invoice
When you pay through Klarna invoice payment you shop safe and easy. You never have to state your credit-, or debit card details, and you always pay after you have received your order.

Order step by step
1. Place an order.
2. Get a conformation to your email that the order is done.
3. All of our products is "Made to order" which menas that our tailors produce your item/items on site at the factory when the order is made and the delivery therefor can take up to three weeks from the time the order is placed.
4. Your item/items delivers to you within three weeks, international orders with UPS and all Swedish orders with DHL.
5. When the item/items is shipped you will receive a delivery information through email.
Returns and Exchanges
Since all our products are made to order specifically for you, we can´t refund any orders placed. Instead we offer a refitting guarantee which means that you send it back and we make sure the products fits you perfect.
The notice may be sent in different ways. Preferably, you send us an e-mail to email@example.com including information that you will withdraw or exchange your purchase, If you send us an e-mail, we will send you a confirmation upon receiving your notice. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us.

You may wish to keep a copy of your withdrawal notification for your own records.
Shipping cost will not be refunded. The refund will be done in accordance with the regulations that the bank you paid with has, usually within two working days after we received the product.
When returning, we recommends that you always pack the product in the same way and in the same packaging as when the products where sent to you.

Please note that you bear the risk for the products until it has been delivered to us. Thus, you should always keep a copy of your shipping receipt for your own records.
To claim a product please contact us at email@example.com If possible we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return-shipping costs.
